A federation of state Green Parties. Committed to environmentalism, non-violence, social justice and grassroots organizing, Greens are renewing democracy without the support of corporate donors.
We believe in respect for individual rights as the precondition for a free world, that force and fraud must be banished from human relationships, and that only through freedom can peace and prosperity be realized. Many Libertarians oppose military adventurism, including the invasion and occupation of Iraq.
Started in Illinois in 2006, we are now becoming a national association of independent parties in each congressional district. We limit our slate to federal offices (house, senate, and president), and limit our platform to two issues: 1) peaceful security; and 2) open democracy. In races where other candidates, from any party, are strong on peace -- we will support those candidates instead of fielding our own.
We educate, organize, and activate voters to end the occupation of Iraq and prevent future wars of aggression. Our mission is to mobilize anti-war voters into a visible and effective political force that cannot be ignored. We provide voters with the tools they need to be effective advocates. This includes writing letters to the media, and becoming active in their local Congressional district politics.

Democrats of America
A large group of grassroots activists across the country. We are committed to the realization of new models for achieving local, national and global security that redirect the current wasteful and obscene levels of military spending toward the uncompromising and effective funding of human needs.
